 Homeless! for the Winter Season After ten years of continuous operation at 414 East Hyman Avenue, the Cooking School of Aspen is moving. Problem is we don´t know where, yet. Although our home on the Hyman Avenue Mall will be missed, we are continuing to offer hands-on workshops, catering, private chefs and our unique chef´s table dinners in your home or location. At the Cooking School of Aspen, we are proud to feature extraordinary chefs from all over the country. We’ve traveled and tasted, and recruited some of our favorite chefs from some of the nation’s top restaurants. Visiting chefs prepare their signature dishes and offer direction on how you can emulate their success at home. Spend an elegant evening as our friends join our sommelier as they host dinner for you or grab a knife and cook side by side with them during our hands-on workshops.
